ALL MASSAGES ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY:  Please call well in advance to get the appointment day/time that works best for you.

EARLY-BIRDS:  If you arrive early, your session will not be extended and I may not be able to treat you earlier than the scheduled time.

LATE-COMERS:  If you arrive late, I will try to provide you with your full scheduled treatment; however if time does not allow you will be charged for the full session.

CANCELLATIONS AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS:  Please be considerate of others who wanted an appointment by keeping yours. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows will be held responsible for the appointment cost in full.

All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a Parent or Legal Guardian.

Male clients accepted by referral only.

ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT:

Cash, Check, Debit/Credit (Visa/Mastercard), *Valid Custom Fit Wellness Gift Certificates.

*Gift Certificates are valid for 6 months from date of issue.  As a courtesy, expired gift certificates will be honored for up to 6 months after expiring; there is a $20 fee for this service.
